Parking Tips:
- The Hartland St cul-de-sac parking is timed and LAPD will tow.
- The alley north of Hartland has no signage (as of 2024), but only the alley, not the lots attached to them.
- Bakman Ave, Elmer Ave, Klump Ave, claim to be safe beyond “No Parking 12pm-2pm Wednesday Street Cleaning”(as of July 2024. These are residential streets, so please be respectful of noise levels.
