AGREEMENT: WAIVERS

1. DISCLOSURE OF RISK: *

I am fully aware of the nature, purpose and activities of Threshold as an organization involved in activities relating to the transfer of power within the context of alternative lifestyles and issues of personal health and safety relating thereto. I acknowledge that some of those activities potentially may involve risks and dangers. I hereby apply for Membership in Threshold and seek to participate in Threshold activities with full knowledge and appreciation of the potential for risks and dangers inherent therein.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: *

As consideration for being allowed to obtain Membership in Threshold, I knowingly agree to voluntarily assume any and all risks of damage or injury which may arise directly or indirectly out of the aforementioned activities, including but not limited to failure or breakage of equipment and damage or injury inflicted deliberately or accidentally as part of any Threshold activity or event.

3. WAIVER OF LIABILITY *

As further agreement for being allowed to obtain Membership and participate in Threshold, I hereby agree to waive, release and hold harmless Threshold and its Directors, Officers, Affiliates or Members from and against any and all injuries, damages, costs, expenses and liabilities in respect of bodily injury, death or property damage arising directly or indirectly from my attendance at or participation in any Threshold activity or event.

4. AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES: *

As further consideration for being allowed to obtain membership and participate in Threshold, I hereby agree that any and all disputes which may arise between me and Threshold or any of its Directors, Officers, Affiliates or Members arising from my membership and/or participation in Threshold will be submitted to binding arbitration before and under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, each party to pay one-half of the cost of such arbitration, and each party agreeing to be bound fully and finally by the decision of such arbitrator in lieu of a jury or court trial.

1. CONSENT: *

All activities are agreed upon in advance by all parties involved, and participants are consenting adults. Members and guests will respect as final the decision of anyone not to participate in any activity.

2. CONFIDENTIALITY: *

All information about the identities and activities of Threshold Members and guests is held in the strictest confidence by all Members and Guests, including telephone numbers, addresses and all other personal information.

3. DRUGS OR ALCOHOL: *

Recreational marijuana, medical marijuana, alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs are NOT allowed at Threshold events. Possession of illegal drugs or being intoxicated at any Threshold event may be cause for eviction from the event and revocation of your membership.

4. SEX: *

Most types of sexual interaction are permitted. For a more detailed explanation of rules and allowed activities, please refer to your copy of "Threshold Club Rules and Party Etiquette" or the copy available on our website.

5. SAFETY: *

All activities must be performed in a safe, sane and consensual manner. The decision of the Threshold Directors and appointed representatives is final. For a more detailed explanation, please refer to your copy of "Threshold Club Rules and Party Etiquette" or the copy available on our website.

6. NO COMMERCIAL SOLICITATION: *

No member or guest may offer or request any sexual or other services for money, property or anything of value at a Threshold event. Any member aware of such activities must bring them to the attention of a Threshold Director immediately.

7. CAMERAS OR RECORDING DEVICES *

Unless approved by a Board Member, cameras or any other recording devices cannot be brought to or used at a Threshold event. Cell phones may only be used in strict accordance with Threshold policies.

8. GUEST POLICIES: *

Members may bring a maximum of three Guests to Threshold events. Members are responsible to ensure that their Guests both understand and observe all Threshold rules. Guests must arrive and leave with the Member who brought them.
